How to Check if Your Boiler Needs Repair

Look at the Flame: A happy boiler has a blue flame. If yours is yellow or orange, it might need a bit of help. Boilers with visible flames are likely to be quite old and as such, may need replacing. Contact us if you’re unsure about the age of your boiler.

Pressure Check: Your boiler should have a pressure of 1-2 bars. Anything beyond that may need attention.

Watch for Leaks: Keep an eye out for any water around your boiler—that could be a sign it needs fixing.

Don’t try to Fix it Alone: Boiler safety is absolutely essential when it comes to protecting your home and your loved ones. Trust the professionals to carry out any maintenance or repair work on the unit itself.

Install a Carbon Monoxide Detector: Installing a carbon monoxide detector is an essential safety measure to protect against the dangers of carbon monoxide poisoning, ensuring early detection and providing peace of mind for you and your family.
